We are a well established family practice and we are proud of the service that we offer our patients. This website tells you about our practice and the services that we provide. Should you have any further questions, please speak to one of our receptionists who will be happy to assist you.
Our surgery is on the ground floor and is easily accessible. We have a ramp outside for wheelchair access. We have one disabled parking bay at he practice otherwise the nearest parking is in the car park opposite.
Should you have an out of hours dental emergency please telephone the NHS 111 helpline. During normal surgery hours contact the practice as near to 9am as possible and we will endeavor to see you as soon as we can. Alternatively contact NHS choices on 08454647 or visit nhs direct.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice. Persistent missed appointments may result in us asking you to leave the practice. Private patients who miss their appointments will be charged accordingly.
Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken very seriously and information regarding our patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with our practice confidentiality and data protection policies

On completion of your treatment you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to complete a Friends and Family Test survey, this is purely optional and also has the option to leave feedback, please be honest as this is the best way for us to monitor patient satisfaction. For patients without e-mail there is a copy of the Friends and Family Test Survey available in the waiting room.
You can request a copy of the practice compaints procedure from reception who will explain the procedure in detail and deal with any concerns you may have. If you do not feel that we have rectified your complaint you may contact the NHS Choices at www.nhs.uk or contact NHS England through:

Our staff are here to help you so please respect them. Anybody found to be violent or abusive to our staff will be asked to leave the practice and their details will be passed on to our primary care organization.
